Almost. 3 more things (as of today, which might change by tomorrow!) to get together and then we'll be ready to "get the docs signed."
I have never lived in a house that my family owned. I don't yet know what it means to be tied to a town in such a fundamental way and it will be the closing on a year I'm still struggling to understand.

Yay for a house to call your own! It really is a strange feeling. We've lived here for almost 2 years now already... and I feel myself getting the itch to move somewhere soon again, although we've agreed to give it 5 years total before thinking about relocating closer to the west coast. Once you have been a bit of a "wanderer", I'm not sure you ever fully lose the itch to discover a new place. Hoping your new place helps you put down a few roots. Can't wait to see a few pics of the new place. ;)
